The Access to Healthcare Chatbot was co-created with undocumented people, NGOs, VU Amsterdam to address this gap. Combining lived experience and expertise with technical solutions, the chatbot delivers accessible, rights-based healthcare information in multiple languages and speech.
This chatbot shows how technology can challenge inequality—by empowering people in vulnerable positions, advancing health equity and social justice.
